About Us
Looking for a place where you can celebrate your birthday, talk to your friends, have fun, organize a sporting event, or just make a trip out of clogged roads, smog and endless city talks? In our guesthouse we offer cheap and yet comfortable accommodation throughout the year.
Our guesthouse will provide shelter to those who are not so demanding and enjoy the view of the endless fields of cornfields. If you are a pet lovers, you will be pleased with a lamb and a charming pair of goats grazing right next to the resort.

Šlapanice near Brno can be found in the east of Brno, near the D1 motorway. The village offers various cultural activities, cycle paths and others. The city is crossing the railway line.

Brno from our guesthouse is also not far away. Brno offers a wide range of cultural activities. We recommend visiting, for example, the Tugendhat Villa, Peter and Paul or Spilberk Castle.

Znojmo, a town with history
Visit the nearest town to Znojmo. Located above the Dyje River and in the very center of Znojmo you will find many historical monuments. Among the most interesting places are the underground with 30 km long corridors, but also the St. Nicholas.

Pavlov
Pavlov is at the foot of Pavlov Hills. The village is known as a major wine-growing site. Grapevine has been grown here since the 17th century and the highest quality wines from Moravia are produced here.

Castle Lednice
The castle Lednice is located near our guesthouse. Lednice is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places in South Moravia. The castle has a large garden and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The adjoining garden was built in the 19th century and there are several important trees and ponds.
